She is survived by: her husband Loren Evans; her children, David Lane (Gina), Traci Elliott and Molly Davis (Mike); her siblings, Mary Smith (Von), Paul Smith and Clay Smith (Linda); and her grandchildren, Noah Lane, Emma Lane, Andrew Lane, Logan Elliott, Shelby Carver and Emily Davis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
