She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Hoke and Leola Jeanette Bolinger (Rupley); her husband Billy Mundy; her son James L. Mundy; her great grandchild David L. Brown; and her brother Theron Asa Bolinger.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Mundy (Jeana) of Andrews, Angela Schmidt (Kyle) of Fountaintown, IN and Patricia Hooks (Danny) of Wilmington; her brothers, Timothy Bolinger (Jane) and Stephen Bolinger (Carol); her sister-in-law Mary Bolinger; her grandchildren, Kayla Schmidt, Caleb Schmidt (Michaela), Cody Schmidt, Levi Mundy (Cortney), Nathan Mundy (Jordan), Ashley Fusselman (Adam Dyer), Austin Fusselman (Taryn) and Adrienne Brown (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Anna Rae Newhouse, James Alexander Schmidt, Eleanore Faye Schmidt, Hudson Matthew Schmidt, Raeleigh Faye Mundy, Jameson Oliver Mundy, Henry Alexander Mundy, Ainsley Jo Fusselman, Anson James Fusselman, Dawson Matthew Brown and Delaney Grace Brown.
