He is survived by : his wife Patricia Johnson (Stewart); his daughters, Kimberly Fiwek (Neil) of Angola and Julie Hayes (Dan) of Bettendorf, Iowa; his siblings, Kenneth Johnson (Linda) of Kentucky and Adele Wangler of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Jonathan and Sarah Fiwek.
