He was predeceased by: his parents, Willford Wines and Ellen Wines (Roberts); and his son Mark Wines. He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann Wines (Hanshue); his children, Richard Wines II, Jo Ellen Wines (Thomas Lloyd), Wade Wines (Kimberly Meyer) and Wendy Wines; his grandchildren, Mike Wylie, Wade Wines, Katie LaVoie (Lloyd), Dan Buckenberger, Chad Wines, Matthew Wines, Jackie Lloyd and Jessica Blaszkowski (Wines); and his great grandchildren, Lillian Wylie, Jaxon Buckenberger, Lily Wines, Finley LaVoie, Garrett Blaszkowski and Finn Wines. He is also survived by future great grandchildren.
