He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hasselman and Margaret Hasselman (Vincent); and his brother Ted Hasselman. He is survived by: his wife Penny Hasselman (Grace) of Angola; his daughters, Meredith Boyles (Brad) of Ft. Wayne and Valerie Hasselman of Kendallville; his granddaughters, Colette and Linzie; his brother Tom Hasselman (Cathy) of Pleasant Lake; and his sibling's children, Curt Hasselman (Bethany) of Pleasant Lake and Lisa Sirianni (Scott) of Trophy Club, Texas.

Preferred memorials may be made to the Angola Assembly of God or to the family.
