He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur and Vera; and his siblings, Marilyn, Kay and Joe.
He is survived by: his spouse Margaret Ann Verbais of Springfield; his children, Sarah Rumple of Denver, Kate Yocom (Joe Vignali) of Springfield, Emily Yocom (Michael Peake) of Denver and Matthew Yocom of Avoca; his grandchildren, Henry Rumple and Brooklyn Vignali; and his sister Susan L. Grubb. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to Bloomington Animal Care and Control (3410 S. Walnut St., Bloomington, Indiana, 47401) in Alan's memory.
