He was predeceased by : his parents, James Edward Locke and B. Lorraine VanArsdale (Fuller). He is survived by : his wife Kimberly D. Locke; his children, Britney Claywell, Jacob Rose, Cody Locke, Alexis Dimri (Gangesh), Adrianna Cox (Terry) and Morgan Burton; his sisters, Lorraine Gallagher (Dave), Trina Nolan (Jeff) and Jennifer Grimes-Higgins (Bryan); his stepsiblings, Mitchell, Keith VanArsdale, Angela Capps and Lynn Otter; and his grandchildren, Emma, Elaine, Elliot, Ezekiel, Liam, Ivy and Amila. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and friends.

Tim did foundation work for over 30 years including Indiana Foundation Services and Smart Crawl.
