He was predeceased by: his parents, Wha Jung Choi and Sun Joon Yu. He is survived by: his wife Sung Joo Choi; his daughters, Ellen Y Springborn (Randy) and Cathy Y Choi (Mark Harbers); his grandchildren, Timothy Jordan Fishback, Danelle Morgan Fishback, Jakob Yong Harbers, Nathaniel Sung Harbers and Joshua Sun Harbers; and his great grandchild Maia Isabelle Clark.
