It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet K. Metz of Batesville, Indiana, who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Norma Raver and Norman Raver; her husband Frederick Metz; and her brothers, Don and Keith Raver.

She is survived by : her daughter Ann Hazelwood (Keith) of Hamburg; her siblings, Judy Doll of Batesville, Lois Miller of Batesville, Linda Gregory of Greensburg, Joan Raver of Indianapolis and Ken Raver of Batesville; her grandchildren, Ashley Huth (Dustin) and Sean Hazelwood; and her great grandchildren, Simon and Henry Hazelwood.

The family requests memorials to Margaret Mary Health Hospice or Phi Beta Psi Sorority Cancer Research.
