He is survived by: his parents, Geneva and Howard Baer Sr.; his wife Mary; his children, Stephanie Buckley of Purcellville, Nicole Deacon of Ashburn, Tracy Fullenkamp of Oldenburg and Adam Russell of Lawrenceburg, Indiana; his siblings, Beverly Noel of San Antonio, Texas, Howard Baer Jr. of San Antonio and Ted Baer of Independence; and his grandchildren, Eykis, Wyatt, Logan, Brett, Karstyn and Braxtyn.
