He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie (Burton); his parents, Lester Moody and Marie Moody (Ashcraft); his daughter Teresa Moody; his siblings, Jess Moody, Cecil Moody Sr., Bob Moody, Carolyn Browder, Cordelia Hoegeman (Sis) and Shirley Herbert; and his half-brother Elmore Franklin.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Moody (Amber) of Milan and Tammy Miller (Scott) of Batesville; his grandchildren, Scott Miller Jr., Kimberly Hobbs (Jeff), Steven Miller (Nicole), Andrew Miller, Kyle Little (Keshia), Cheyenne Moody and Layla Johnson (Josh Rowlett); and his great grandchildren, Mason Miller, Brynn Miller, Colton Miller, Bryanna Rowlett, Shelby Little, Alaina Little, Emma Little, Kyle Little Jr., Timothy Phelps and Greyson Phelps.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meyers Funeral Home (1150 IN-46, Batesville, IN 47006). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
