She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward and Anna; her husband Harold Gunter; her siblings, Paul Hornberger, Helen Hill, Mildred McGuffy, Emma Gray, Clarence Hornberger, Edna Wolljung and Ruth Enklebrink; and her daughter-in-law Denise Gunter (Dan).
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Gunter of Osgood, Eugene "Goose" Gunter (Elene) of Batesville and Bev Whitaker (Dean) of Batesville. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, as well as countless other friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Adams Lutheran Church c/o the Meyers Funeral Home.
