She was predeceased by: her husband Angelo Calderone; her son George Golein; her parents, James F. Long and Mary Long (Jackson); and her brother Phillip Joe Long.

She is survived by: her daughters, JoAnna Calderone and Katherine "Kathy" Hicks; and her siblings, Frances Candela (Steve "Buddy"), Sandra "Carol" Nelson, Vickie McGown and James "Jim" Long Jr. (Debbie). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
