She was predeceased by: her parents, William Constant and Jessie Constant (Wheeler); and her son Timothy Jenkins. She is survived by: her husband Charles R. Kelley; her daughter Cheryl Lewis; and her grandchildren, Johnathan, Matthew and Hiro.
