He is survived by: his sons, Charles Mathew Stout (Darlene), Steven Wayne Stout (Pandora), David Bryon Stout (Karin) and Donald Richard Stout; his grandchildren, April Marie Stout, Justin Alan Stout, Kyle Mathew Stout (Crystal), Tyler Stout, Bradley Stout, Savannah Stout and Gracie Stout; his great grandchildren, Ethan Stout, Peyton Stout and Shawn James Warner; and his brother Kenneth Dale Stout (Jeannie) of Portland, Tennessee..
