He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Foltz and Jewel Pagent Foltz; his wife Shirley Harris Foltz; his daughter Jeanice Strack; and his children-in-law, Shauna Foltz and Matt Strack.
He is survived by: his son Eddie Foltz; his daughter-in-law Leann Foltz; his grandchildren, Katie Strack, Emily Stubbs, Keegan Foltz and Halsey Leonard; and his great grandchildren, Luella Leonard, Clarabel Leonard and Matthew Stubbs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Social distancing, face mask and a limit of 50 people in the building at a time.
Private Burial will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Greenwood, IN In lieu of flowers memorial contribution's in James's name be made to Honor Flight.
