He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald, Marena Mikol of Franklin and Ruth Ann Boettjer of Peru. He is survived by: his parents, Michelle Boettjer (Mikol) and Robert "Scott" Boettjer of Beech Grove; his stepbrother Fred Boettjer (Jenifer) of Cape Coral, Florida; his siblings, Jerry Forsythe and Shanelle Forsythe of Clay City, Indiana; his grandparents, Frederick Boettjer of Midlothian, Virginia, Ronald Dean, Cheryl Forsythe of Martinsville, Roberta and Jerry Cole of Nancy, Kentucky; his nephews, Samuel and Isaac Boettjer of Cape Coral, Florida; and his niece Aubrey Forsythe of Clay City, Indiana. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
