She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Paul Austin Sr.; her parents, Glen Pond and Alta Mary Pond; her daughter Sharon Kay Austin; and her siblings, Joe Pond, Mary Malia and Ruth Smerz.

She is survived by: her children, Paula Pryor (Phillip), Robert Paul Austin Jr. (Janet) and Kent Austin. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Marguerite's memory may be made to the Humane Society of Indianapolis, 7929 N. Michigan Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268.
