She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Lee and Dorothy Anna Judy (Walters); her son James Ryan Mundt; and her brothers, MacKenzie Lee Judy (Darlene) and Joseph Stanley Judy.
She is survived by: her husband Jack; her son Matthew of Indianapolis; and her granddaughter Kaylyn Mundt-Davis (Andrew) of Dunkirk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
