He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Medina and Sherry Medina (Ammer); his brother Eddy Medina; and his grandparents, Gib, Marceil Ammer, Juan and Ruth Medina.
He is survived by: his wife Jenny Medina (Luse); his children, Graysen of Bloomfield, Indiana., Morgan of Bloomfield, Indiana. and Owen of Bloomfield, Indiana.; and his siblings, Tom Medina (Debbie) and Marcy Medina of Bloomfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, some wonderful in-laws, and some incredibly special friends.
