He was predeceased by: his parents, Ford W. Tincher and Dorothy Tincher (Johnson); his son Kevin S. Tincher; and his brother William Tincher. He is survived by: his wife Linda Tincher (Combs); his daughter-in-law Chris Tincher (Hover); and his sisters, Darlene Holt (Jerry) of Bicknell and Janice McAllister (Ron) of Demotte, Indiana..
