He was predeceased by: his parents, Junie Weaver and Odea Lee Weaver (Tanner); his wife Donna Jo Weaver (Dawson); his brothers, Larry and Evan "Moonshine" Weaver; his granddaughter Sondra Stwalley; his great grandchild Tristan Ruble; and his son-in-law Stephen Shehane.
He is survived by: his children, Savannah Donna Shehane of Rogersville, TN, Mary Jo, Carl Trendelman of Bargersville, Martha and Keith Houk of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Kevin Ruble (Minh), Kim Carlson (Chris Herr), Kristie Anderson (Jay) and Carleen Riley-Mercado (James); his sister Martha Polley; and his siblings-in-law, Sammy (Sally Dawson) and Mearline Terrell. He is also survived by his seven great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
