Wilbur of Bloomington; her daughter Rachel Carlyle (Rob) of Townsend, GA; and her brothers, Larry Forsyth (Pamela) of Ft. Myers, FL, Mark Forsyth (Kim) and Thomas Forsyth (Deborah). She is also survived by several nieces; nephews and cousins.
