She is survived by : her former life partner Jason Wisniewski of Jasonville; her sons, Nate Wisniewski of Jasonville, Nicholas Wisniewski (Mari Park) of Worthington, Noah Wisniewski of Jasonville and Nerin Wisniewski of Jasonville; her mother Nellie Secrest (John David); her siblings, Mike Faulk, Laurel Edmonson and Holly Faulk; and her stepmother Laura Faulk. She is also survived by several step-brothers and step-sisters; and nieces and nephews.
