With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Phillips (Bloomington, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on July 20, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, W. R. Phillips and Elsie Phillips; and his stepson Nathan Freeman. He is survived by : his wife Rebecca "Becky" Freeman (Hancock) of Bloomington; his children, William "Robbie" Phillips III (Rikki) of Mooresville and Krissy Kinser (Mac) of Greenwood; and his grandchildren, Richie Melvin, Danyel and Ashlyn Ricketts.
