He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl D. Perry Sr. and Ruth Ann (Richards); his wife Barbara A. (Bertsch); his children, Daniel D. Perry Sr. and Kimiko Hayden; his siblings, Norman Perry, Melva Mullins and Becky Miller; and his grandson Andrew R. Perry.
He is survived by: his children, Paul E. Perry Jr. (Deb) of Traverse City, MI and Tess Garrett (Tom) of Butler, IN; and his siblings, Carl Perry (Geri) of Bluffton, Earl Perry Jr. (Melba) of Paducah, KY, Bobby Perry (Della) of Bluffton, Kay Perry (Sheila) of Mississippi, Pearl Ragg of Bluffton and Norma Zent (Dewey) of Warren, IN.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eleven grt. grandchildren.
