He is survived by: his children, Sue Smigel (Jack) of Evansville, IN and Rob Hornbrook (Julie) of Boonville, IN; his siblings, Charmaine Marlow and Bob Hornbrook (Barbara); his grandchildren, William Mitchell (Stephanie), Ashley Thomas (Nolan), Cody Hornbrook and Mallory Snyder (Evan); and his great grandchildren, Noah Hornbrook, Nelson and Clark Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
