We are sad to announce that on February 29, 2024, at the age of 83, Karen A. Benefiel of Boonville, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Karen A. Benefiel to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Catt and Fern Catt (Jerry G. Benefiel); her son Darryl D. Benefiel; and her brother Neal E. Catt. She is survived by : her daughters, Susie Emanuel of Boonville, IN, Felicia Benefiel-Phillips (Jack) of Evansville, IN and Mimi Nguyen; and her siblings, Susie Johnson (Dick), John D. Catt, Jerry D. Catt (Sarah) and Paul E. Catt (Linda). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to It Takes A Village No-Kill Rescue, 1417 Stockwell Rd, Evansville, IN, 47715.
