He was predeceased by : his father Thomas F. Fisher, Sr.; and his sisters, Christina Freels and Cheryl Phillips. He is survived by : his daughters, Kathleen Stanley (Zach) and Elizabeth Lambert (Zach); his brother Scott Fisher (Betty); and his brothers-in-law, Jon Freels and Rodney Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
