She was predeceased by: her parents, Clennie Sigmon and Lilly Rimmel Sigmon; her husband William Walker Purcell; her children, Denny Purcell, Billie Faye Brann and Darlene Purcell; and her siblings, Robert, Ralph Sigmon and Ruby Wedge (Frank Adams).
She is survived by: her sons, Ronny Purcell and Jerry Purcell (Mary) of Richmond. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, twenty-two great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
