He was predeceased by: his father Donald A. Calhoun; and his grandparents, Arthur, Glen Zentz and Donald, Sr. (Cora Calhoun). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Swihart; his children, Allison Marie (Shanna Rannell) and Brandon Calhoun (Shanta); his stepgrandchildren, Brock, Alyson Amedi and Sydney Sullivan; his mother Marilyn J. Calhoun; and his brothers, Gary (Ginger) and Brian Calhoun (Pam).

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be sent to Hospice, Alzheimer's research, or the Bourbon First United Methodist Church.
