It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Miller (Bremen, Indiana), who passed away on June 23, 2018, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Carolyn Kline and Bill Kline; his daughters, Celeste Smith (Levi), Nicole Horwarth (Brandon) and Molly Miller; his grandchildren, Phoenix and Devlin; and his sisters, Beth, Enders, Gwynn LaBrake (LeRoy) and Robin Spicher (Wayne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
