He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Merble Chapman and Chloe Kenoyer Chapman; his brothers, Louis and Estil; his stepsister Clara Helen Kittson of Lima; his spouse Charlotte Murfitt Chapman; his children, Lyle Chapman, Lynda Chapman and Rex Chapman; his spouse Eloise Chapman; and his grandchildren, Steve (Tisha Hedden), Adam (Rosa Hedden), Eric Chapman, Todd (Daisy Chapman), David (Kandis Chapman), Scott Chapman and K. D. (Alex Pond). He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
