He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Clouse and Ethel Clouse (Lawson); and his brothers, Bob Lewis, Hershel Lewis, Charlie Lewis and Richard Clouse.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Lewis (Albertson); his children, Kathy Spurlock (Ron), Patti Lewis and Marty Lewis (Cassie); his grandchildren, Adrian Lewis, Ladena Lewis, Samantha Windler, Amy Scripter (Josh) and Michelle Lewis; his great grandchildren, Sophia Smith, Ajani Johnson, DaVontai Johnson, LaZeric Lewis and Gavyn Scripter; and his children, Angie Byers and Brad Schultz.
