With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Lynn O'Neill of Brookville, Indiana, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on September 24, 2021 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father David Smith; her sisters, Annette Hale and Priscilla Brittain; her mother-in-law Carol O'Neill; her brother-in-law Roger Grundy; and her nephew Chance Galyen.
She is survived by: her mother Laura Elaine Smith (Wells) of Brookville; her husband Jack O'Neill; her children, Jackie Lynn O'Neill of Brookville, Laura Beth Barnes (Travis) of Cincinnati and Zackhery David O'Neill of Brookville; her grandchildren, Aaliayah, Mariah, Travis, Austin and Karlee; and her siblings, Louise Bargo of Corbin, Elaine Olert (James) of Lexington, Kym Smith of Brookville, Laura Galyen (Marty) of Brookville, Indiana and David Smith (Charlene) of Brookville. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
