He was predeceased by: his parents, Aris P. Blevins and Sylvia Tickle Blevins; and his siblings, Eddie, Arthur, Richard Blevins and Alice Blevins.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Blevins; his children, Michael C. Blevins of Bel Air, MD and Sheri Neal of Frederick, MD; his grandchildren, Alan Neal, Jr. (Bobbi) and Rebecca Harrison of Frederick, MD; his great grandchildren, Jacob Neal and Lane Christian; his stepsons, William Maiden, David D. Maiden, Timothy Maiden and Christopher Maiden; and his siblings, Phil, Brenda, Tom, Sally, David and Lou.
