She was predeceased by : her parents, Leo Clayton and Gladys Marie Lambdin (Brown); her granddaughter Ella Rose Konicke; and her siblings, Melissa Lambdin, James William Lambdin and Anthony Wayne Lambdin.

She is survived by : her children, Nicole Lykins Konicke (Justin) of Andover and Brandon Johnson (Allison) of Indianapolis, Indiana; her grandchildren, Emma Konicke and Jackson Konicke; and her sister Tenia McIntyre (Jeff) of Brookville, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
