He was predeceased by : his daughter Deb Killian; his step-daughter Stacie Lawver; his granddaughter Natalie Duke; and his brothers, Ed Zollars and Kieth Green.

He is survived by : his wife Linda Zollars; his children, Rick Zollars, William Zollars and Beth Lewis; his step-children, Teresa Duke, Joe O'Neill and David O'Neill; and his sister Betty Craven. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 27th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Bethesda Cemetery N. Sr. (Brownsburg, IN 46112).
