He was predeceased by: his daughter Deb Killian; his stepdaughter Stacie Lawver; his granddaughter Natalie Duke; and his brothers, Ed Zollars and Kieth Green.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Zollars; his children, Rick Zollars, William Zollars and Beth Lewis; his stepchildren, Teresa Duke, Joe O'Neill and David O'Neill; and his sister Betty Craven. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
