He is survived by: his parent Freda Lay; his daughter-in-law Paul Lay; his daughter Hillary Lay of Butler; his siblings, Jim Lay of Miamisburg, John Lay of Celina, Bill Lay of New Albany, Kristine Kettering of Bloomfield Hill, Peggy Bakle of South Bend, Dianne Holland of Fremont, Pat Carteaux of New Haven, Janet Minnich of Willshire, Laura Snyder of Sydney and Carol Byram of Fort Recovery; his grandchildren, Sage Shaffer, Stefen Lay, Bella Kendall and Liam Kendall; and also, Jessica Lay of Auburn and Andrew Kendall of Butler.
