Shoults Smith and JoAnn Smith (Lee); his children, Danny M. Smith of Campbellsburg and Melvia L. Smith of Campbellsburg; and his stepchildren, Sonja Thompson of Campbellsburg, Tyronna King of Utah, Jackie Kendall, Tony King of Salem, Toby Jo Peacock of Austin, Hank King of Salem and Pernell King of Greensburg. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
