He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Mize and Dorothy Mize (Whitlock). He is survived by: his wife Cathy Mize (Marratta); his children, David Mize (Emily) of Carlisle, IN, Ross Mize (Devon) of Carlisle, IN, Jennifer Secrest (Travis) of Carlisle, IN and Stacey Jarrell (Steven) of Linton, IN; and his siblings, Jack Mize (Donita) and Geraldine McCoy (Randy) of Carlisle, IN. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
