He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lockard and Bertha Maxine Carter Lockard; his brother Mike Lockard; his granddaughter Emma Lockard; and his great grandchildren, Anna and Noah.
He is survived by: his wife Dana Lockard; his children, Paul Locakrd Jr. of Carlisle, Michael Lockard of Carlisle, Jason Wright (Tasha) of Sullivan and Dana Wright Mehrer (William Mason) of Washington; his siblings, Danny Lockard (Faith) of Indianapolis, Rusty Lockard (Sherry) of Indianapolis, Sandy Cripe (Ted), Anita Shelly (John) and Patty Lambert; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Josh, Cody, Kyle, Caroline, Malcom, Jeffery, Jackie, Bethany, Megan, Luke, Nick, Joseph and Zylar.
