He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ida Florence Wininger and Elmer Pittman; his siblings, Leon, Roy, Woody, Donald, Kathyleen Lawson, Louise Walls and Shirley Ann Pittman; his wife Shirley Pittman; his daughter Debbie Strong (John Strong); and his grandchildren, Stephen Strong (Audrey Harper Strong) and Samantha Strong.
