It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dominic X. Fajardo of Carmel, Indiana, who passed away on June 26, 2025, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Roman; his cousins, Tyler and Azaria; his brother Gabriel; and his grandparents, Debbie and Rollie.
He is survived by: his parents, Roman Fajardo and Sarah Tannehill (Templeton); his siblings, Lainie Fajardo, Marquez Fajardo and Ava Tannehill; his nephew Rowen; his aunt Leslie Hall; and his uncles, Troy Fajardo (Trish) and Juan Fajardo (Jenn).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (325 E Carmel Dr, Carmel, IN 46032). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
