He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph Gollnick. He is survived by: his parents, John Paul Gollnick Sr. and Margaret Gollnick (Fee); his wife Kristen Gollnick; his children, Margaret "Maggie", Miriam and John "Trip" Gollnick III; his brothers, Danny (Andrea) and Matt Gollnick (Jeanine); his mother-in-law Pat; and his siblings' children, Griffin, Dylan, Andy, Patrick, Cooper and Sadie.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to a youth sports/enrichment program of your choosing.
