He is survived by: his wife Karen Warren; his sons, Scott Warren, Ryan Warren (Ashunti), Mark Warren and Cherished; his grandchildren, Michael Warren, Sawyer Warren and Kalani Warren; and his siblings, Charlotte Mellott, Sandra Yeager (Bob), Jim Warren, Mike Duckworth (Traci) and Robin Duckworth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
