He was predeceased by: his parents, William O'Rourke and Betty O'Rourke; and his brother-in-law Ron Jewett. He is survived by: his children, Kallye Anderson (James) and Ricky Piskoty (Dawn); his grandchildren, Kersten and Seth Anderson; his sister Jean Jewett; and his sibling's children, Chuck Jewett (Aimee), Ron Jewett (Heather), Garry Jewett (Missy) and Sheryl "Sissy" Jewett (Ryan).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
