He is survived by : his wife Patricia; his sons, Mark Bukala (Elizabeth Bronner), Daniel Bukala (Amy) and Brian Bukala (Cassie); his grandchildren, Kiersten, Jacob Bukala and Lucas Klumpp; and his sister Sharon Beard (Michael).
