It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lee Hall of Centerville, Indiana, born in Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on October 31, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Hall and Kathleen Peters Hall. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Bell Hall; his children, Stephen Hall (Jerica) of Paris, Stephanie Sheridan (Derek) of Toledo and Amy Farley (Tony) of Centerville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Austin, Katie, Logan, Sam, Karlee and Savannah; his siblings, Pat Everhart (Jerry) of Gratis, Kathy Donithier of Gratis, Mary Ramsey of Richmond and Richard Hall of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his close friends, Jerry and Shelia Bell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
