She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Scott and Daisy Ethel Foster Scott; her husband James Daniel Nelson; and her daughter Shirley Pipenger (Larry). She is survived by: her sons, Tim Nelson (Janet) of Centerville and Richard Nelson (Casey) of Huntingburg, Indiana. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and many friends.
